April's Spice Mix

Here is a Spice Mix that I am using on my Oven Roasted Lamb for dinner tonight!

April's Spice Mix

Ingredients

April's Spice Mix

• 2 Tablespoons Salt
• 2 Teaspoons Oregano
• 1 Teaspoon Sumac
• 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
• 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
• 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Cooking Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. This makes about 3 1/2 Tablespoons.
