The chicken recipe I have for you is too easy to be true. You just put everything in one pot and forget about it. Even if you want to make it in the oven, it is really easy and stress free. Hope you like it. Afiyet olsun!
Crock Pot Chicken Thighs
Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 Tablespoon
Salt

2 Tablespoons
Onion Flakes

2 Tablespoons
Dried Parsley

1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika

4 Cloves
Garlic
Cooking Directions

Mix together the salt, onion flakes, parsley and paprika.

Sprinkle half the mixture in the bottom of your crock pot or slow cooker.

Drop in the garlic cloves.

Lay the chicken thighs on top of the spices.

Sprinkle with the remaining spice mixture.

Turn crock pot to low and cook 6 hours.

Serve with saffron rice.

Alternatively, if you do not have a slow cooker, you can follow the same method except instead of placing in crock pot or slow cooker, place in an oven proof casserole dish, preferably a clay pot with a lid. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, until golden brown.
