Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry "Pizza"
Ingredients

1/2 pound
Puff Pastry Dough, thawed (in USA 1/2 of Pepperidge Farm package)

1 Cup
Chopped Ham

4 ounces
Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 Cup
Shredded Italian Six Cheese Blend (or any cheese you like)
Cooking Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut the sharp cheddar into small cubes.

Cut the ham into small cubes.

Take the thawed dough and roll into a rectangle 9x13.

Line quarter size (9x13) baking tray with parchment paper.

Lay dough on parchment paper and make small pricks with a fork.

Sprinkle 1/3 Cup shredded cheese on the pastry and bake for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with chopped ham and sharp cheddar.

Top with remaining 2/3 Cups shredded cheese.

Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and cut into rectangles.
