Here is a recipe for some yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies I made the other night. They were really good with an ice cold glass of milk. Hope you enjoy!
Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients

| Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough |

1 Cup
Butter, softened

3/4 Cup
Brown Sugar, firmly packed

3/4 Cup
Granulated Sugar

2
Eggs
-
1 Teaspoon
Vanilla

2 Cups + 2 Tablespoons
All-purpose Flour
-
1/2 Teaspoon
Salt
-
1 Teaspoon
Baking Soda

2 Cups
Milk Chocolate Chips

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar on high until creamy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time.

Add the vanilla.

In a small bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking soda until combined.

Add the flour to the wet ingredients and mix well for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Place tablespoon sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in an oven that has been pre-heated to 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
